This policy explains what LP Designs collects through this website, why we collect it and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you submit the website form, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company or property name, city, project details and photos of a space.
Our hosting provider may automatically process basic technical information such as your internet protocol address, browser type, device information, access time and pages requested. We do not currently use advertising trackers or nonessential analytics cookies on this website.
How we use information
- To respond to questions and project requests
- To understand a space and prepare recommendations or visual concepts
- To communicate about a possible or active project
- To protect the website, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations
- To improve our services using general feedback
Photos you submit
Photos are used to review the space and prepare or discuss a possible project. We will not publish your photos for marketing or portfolio purposes without separate permission. Please avoid including confidential materials, sensitive personal information or identifiable people unless you have permission to share them.
How information is disclosed
We may provide information to vendors that help us host the website, deliver email, secure the service or support a project. They may use the information only for the work they perform for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We generally keep new inquiries and submitted photos for up to 24 months. We may keep project records longer when reasonably needed for an active relationship, accounting, dispute resolution, security or legal compliance. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer useful.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to know, access, correct or delete personal information associated with your request. Where applicable, California residents may also have rights to limit certain uses, opt out of sale or sharing and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used for cross context behavioral advertising.
To make a request, use the website form and choose Privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests when permitted by law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
